What uses credits?
Create a design: 10 credits. Create a realistic preview: 15 credits. Create a stencil: 10 credits. Each new result uses credits; failed tasks return them.
Placement adjustments, stencil editing, and downloading your own files are free.

How does the free allowance work?

Do purchased credit packs expire?
No. Purchased pack credits do not expire or reset monthly. Additional packs add to your existing purchased balance.
Do subscription credits roll over? What happens if I cancel?
Credits refresh each subscription month. Unused credits do not roll over and expire when the paid subscription period ends. Cancel renewal anytime; your paid period continues.
Can I buy additional credits while subscribed?
Yes. Packs and separate subscriptions contribute to your combined balance. Each subscription keeps its own billing and credit cycle. Daily free credits are used first, then subscription credits, then purchased credits. A subscription reset does not remove purchased pack credits.
How many designs can I create?
Generating a design uses 10 credits, a realistic preview uses 15, and a new stencil uses 10. Design counts assume generation only; combining tasks uses more credits. Placement adjustments, editing existing stencil lines and file downloads are free.
What if a task fails? Can I get a refund?
Failed charged tasks return their credits to the original credit source. A return can take time while a request is reconciled; daily and subscription reset rules still apply. Credit returns are separate from cash refunds. Purchased credits are generally non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Contact support for billing errors.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via the billing portal.
