Privacy Policy

We process account information such as your email and the name you supply, authentication details, prompts, reference artwork, body photos, generated results, support messages and payment references. We use these to operate the tools, restore your work, manage accounts and credits, respond to requests and prevent abuse. Stripe processes payments; our application does not receive your full card number.

The studio saves a working draft in this browser when storage is available. It can include your reference image, design, body photo, placement, result and stencil. Selecting a file first loads it in the browser for preview. Generating, analyzing a body surface, creating a realistic preview, converting a stencil or saving a snapshot can send the necessary images and prompt to our servers. Photo analysis can run while preparing a try-on.

Clearing site storage removes local drafts, not server copies. Switching devices does not transfer a browser draft. Use a built-in model if you prefer not to submit a personal photo. Only upload photos you have permission to use, avoiding unnecessary identifying details.

Cloudflare provides application delivery, account records and private file storage. Depending on the configured route, requested prompts and images are processed by our hosted image service, including GPU infrastructure operated through RunPod, or by OpenRouter and its selected model provider. Body analysis may process a marked or cropped copy to identify the selected area. Processing is not confined to your browser.

Our application performs inference and has no workflow that trains or fine-tunes models on your photos or designs. This is not a blanket promise about every infrastructure or model provider. Their logging, retention and permitted uses depend on their policies and the processing route. See RunPod's privacy policy, OpenRouter's privacy policy and its model-provider data handling explanation. We do not represent all processing as zero-retention.

Temporary generation, preview and stencil requests normally have a seven-day result-access window; body analysis and conversion-only requests normally have a one-day window. Inputs are queued for removal after completion or failure. A successful design or stencil awaiting account archiving can retain inputs until archiving succeeds. Access expiry does not guarantee immediate deletion of every storage copy: scheduled cleanup, archiving and deletion retries can delay removal. Processing providers have their own retention rules.

For signed-in accounts, generated designs and stencil versions can be archived automatically in My designs. Manual Save design snapshots can also contain body photos and try-on results. Account works have no automatic expiry and remain until you delete them or your account. Private image routes enforce ownership; saving a body photo does not publish it in a public gallery.

Delete account works through My designs or Saved designs where the item is listed. Deletion immediately removes access and schedules removal of stored assets. Account deletion also schedules associated image cleanup. Storage outages or requests in progress can delay physical removal; retries handle these cases. Random identifiers can remain to prevent delayed requests recreating deleted files, without retaining the image or prompt in that reservation record.

Browser drafts and downloaded files are separate copies you control. Clear site data to remove the local draft. For access, correction, account deletion or temporary content you cannot remove in the interface, contact support@tattoodrawings.net. Necessary transaction, security and support records may be retained for accounting, dispute resolution and legal requirements. We cannot remove copies you shared with others.

Essential cookies support sessions, security, guest allowances and cookie preferences. Guest limits use a signed browser identifier and hashed connection and browser characteristics to reduce abuse. Your cookie choice is remembered for 180 days.

Google Analytics loads only after Accept. Essential only keeps it disabled; withdrawing acceptance stops subsequent collection and removes analytics cookies accessible to the site. Previously transmitted statistics cannot be recalled. Visit-source and promotional referral attribution currently operate unless Essential only is selected, with a 30-day promotional referral window. Essential only stops that optional tracking and clears its browser cookies. Existing account referral attribution and financial records remain.

We use access checks and private storage to reduce unauthorized access. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
