Terms of Service

By using Tattoo Drawings, you agree to these terms. You may use the hosted tools to create designs, explore placements, edit linework and export files for personal projects and lawful professional tattoo work. This permission does not transfer ownership of our software, branding, model weights or third-party materials, or permit copying or reselling the service itself.

You retain the rights you hold in artwork and photos you upload. You must have permission to use that material and, for another person's photo, their permission to process it. You give us the limited permission needed to process, store and display your content to you as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may use, modify, download, print and share generated designs and stencils for personal or commercial tattoo projects, including work with paying clients and sharing files with a tattoo artist. This permission does not remove third-party rights or override applicable law. AI results may resemble other works and may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection. We do not promise exclusive ownership, copyright registration or freedom from third-party claims. Review references, symbols, lettering and final artwork before use.

AI designs and body previews can contain errors. A try-on is a visual guide, not a guarantee of the appearance, measurements, suitability or outcome of a real tattoo. Stencil editing adjusts black-and-white linework; it is not a full-color illustration editor. Check artwork, print dimensions and final linework with your artist. The service does not provide medical advice or replace professional judgment.

Purchased credit pack balances do not expire and do not reset monthly. Multiple purchases add together. Daily free credits are used first, then subscription credits, then purchased credits. The cost shown before a task applies to that new result. Placement adjustments, editing existing stencil lines and downloading files do not use credits.

Failed charged tasks return credits to the source used for that charge. Recovery may take time after an interrupted or uncertain request. Returned daily or subscription credits remain subject to the applicable reset rules; a credit return is not a cash refund. Stripe processes payments. Credits are added after payment is confirmed; delayed payment notifications may delay fulfillment.

Guests can try 15 free credits per day, subject to device and connection limits. Sign in for 15 free credits each day. Unused daily credits reset at the next UTC day.

Credits refresh each subscription month. Unused credits do not roll over and expire when the paid subscription period ends. Cancel renewal anytime; your paid period continues.

Annual subscriptions are billed yearly and supply a monthly allowance, rather than the whole year's credits at once. Separate subscriptions keep separate billing and credit cycles. Failed renewal does not extend the paid period. Manage renewal through the billing portal. See the pricing page for current prices and costs.

Purchased credits and completed subscription payments are generally non-refundable, except where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy. Cancelling renewal does not itself refund a completed payment. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. For duplicate charges, incorrect fulfillment or billing errors, contact support@tattoodrawings.net with the payment date and receipt reference. Do not send full card details.

Do not upload unlawful material, infringe others' rights, access another person's private work, bypass account or usage limits, or interfere with the service. We may restrict misuse or temporarily suspend affected features. The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access or error-free results. Download important files; browser drafts are not a backup service.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that generated material meets every intended purpose and are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from use of the tools. This does not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Actual revisions are dated here; changes do not retroactively expire purchased pack credits.
